1 jar of Hengstenberg Bean Salad (370 ml)

200 g sheep's cheese

250 g cherry tomatoes

1 green pepper

2 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of marjoram

5 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp Hengstenberg "Altmeister" vinegar

Salt

Freshly ground pepper

The beginning

Drain the bean salad well.

Preparing the ingredients

Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them in half. Clean and wash the pepper and cut it into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the marjoram, shake it dry and chop the leaves finely.

Mix together the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and stir well.
