It has a strong dark color and is velvety spicy: Our Aceto Balsamico di Modena made from wine vinegar and high-quality grape must concentrate matures in wooden barrels. It is an original Italian vinegar from certified raw materials. The popular vinegar gives salads like tomato with mozzarella, rocket or frisée a typical Italian touch - full-bodied and mild. But this vinegar can do even more: Use Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP for example to season fine sauces.
