Since 1932 and over several generations, we make the finest sauerkraut and red cabbage. We were the first company to produce pasteurised canned sauerkraut. For our Mildessa sauerkraut and red cabbage range, we only use cabbage from sustainable German farming. We are proud of our variety of products - whether pure, seasoned, in a tin, jar or pouch, for your traditional Sunday roast, as a vegetarian dish or interpreted in modern ways, there are no limits to your creativity.

Only a few ingredients - and only the best! We only add salt and the best white wine to our pure classic – the mild wine sauerkraut. Sauerkraut naturally contains valuable vitamins and minerals. Due to the pasteurisation process, the natural vitamin C content is largely preserved. Our classic wine sauerkraut is available in three different sizes.

Variety for your kitchen: Whether our top seller "Bavarian Style", sauerkraut with original Black Forest bacon, delicate Riesling or without any wine at all – everyone  finds their favourite “Kraut” among our specialities and the best thing is: They contain 100 % cabbage from German farming!
