Selected port wine and fruity cranberries give our Mildessa red cabbage with port wine & cranberries its special note. A special taste experience, without the addition of flavour enhancers and preservatives.
Simply open the pouch and heat the cabbage for 2 minutes. This red cabbage goes particularly well with roasts and game dishes.
Our cabbage for the Mildessa products is from german farming.

Ingredients

66 % red cabbage, water, sugar, wine vinegar, 2 % cowberries, 1,5 % port wine, currant juice from concentrated currant juice, salt, natural spice flavours, modified starch.

Usage

Put the red cabbage in a pot and warm it up at medium heat for about 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Place the red cabbage in a microwaveable container, stir well, distribute evenly, cover and heat for max. 2 minutes at 600 watts. Please note: Our puches are not microwaveable!
