For our STiCKSi gherkins are cut into quarters and pickled in a sweet-spicy infusion. In the morning still on the field, in the evening already in the glass - delicious!
The spice "Curcuma" in the infusion provides the special taste and the typical yellow colour.
Our STiCKSi gherkin quarters are popular not only with children but also with adults. They are perfect as a side dish with bread.
